HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIME

With the holiday season fast approaching, our order processing time is now extended to 10-14 business days.

We encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to ensure they arrive in time for the holidays. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, you have 24 hours from the time you place it to cancel and get your money back. The easiest way is by having an account. If you don't have an account, you'll have to wait until you receive the merchandise and then return it, but you'll only qualify for store credit. Keep in mind, the merchandise has to be in good condition to qualify for store credit.

MY PACKAGE CAME DAMAGED CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

yes! If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you are able to file a claim with them to get your DAMAGED products replaced or reimbursed! Photos of the damaged/deficient product and packaging are required for damaged shipping issues within 15 days.

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT! IT MIGHT BE LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

yes! If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you are able to file a claim with them to get your LOST/ STOLEN products replaced or reimbursed! Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, can be approved no earlier than 5 days after the “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

I PUT IN MY WRONG EMAIL OR SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHO DO I CONTACT?

If for any reason you enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us at Gisela@foreverlashco.com to correct it. You have 12 hours to make changes, but please ensure all your order details are accurate. By logging in, you can check the status of your order. I recommend all my clients create an account to easily track their orders and see if they have any points or discount codes available.
