How does shipping work?

To make sure your package gets to you quickly and correctly, please double-check that your address is entered accurately. This includes using the right abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information if needed.

We offer an optional Route warranty for an extra fee. If you choose not to get this warranty, we won't be responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. But if you do get the Route warranty, you can contact them for a refund or replacement if there are any delivery issues.

For international orders, the goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. The buyer authorizes Forever Lash Co to handle the import process. The buyer also agrees that Forever Lash Co can delegate this task to a subcontractor, like a customs broker. The buyer will pay any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

**Processing Time**

All orders need some processing time before they can be shipped. This is separate from the delivery time. Depending on various factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.

Once your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders up to 3 business days, and Rush orders up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days to arrive.

**Order Cancellation Policy**

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we notice that customers are repeatedly using and returning lash materials, or if we detect suspicious orders or suspicious use of credit cards. If we need to verify the customer's identity to ensure the order's legitimacy and are unable to do so, the order may be canceled for that reason as well.
